Hello, my name is Nicole and as a second-year student in pluralistic, person-centred counselling, I offer a supportive and authentic space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. I believe in creating a warm, trusting relationship where you feel truly heard, without judgment.
I believe that every person’s journey is unique with the potential for growth and self-discovery. Together, we can explore your experiences to help gain insights and a deeper understanding that may provide opportunity for meaningful and positive change, at a pace that suits you.
My background in both public and third sectors includes supporting individuals facing anxieties, trauma and bereavement. I have particular interest in helping individuals to navigate challenging life transitions and build resilience and my person-centred, trauma-informed approach ensures a safe environment for processing those emotions.
As a registered BACP member, I am committed to their ethical code of practice, ensuring professional and compassionate support along with prioritising your wellbeing and comfort throughout our therapeutic journey. If you are ready to take the first step, I am here to support you.
